Richfield RAGE is part of the RYBSA organization and it is comprised of more competitive travel teams. These players try-out for their respective team at the end of the summer. The season officially starts in January and RAGE plays in a state league, WYSBL or Majors and plays in 2 to 4 tournaments a year. 

RAGE differs from most programs as we stress a healthy and balanced approach towards youth sports. Research shows young athletes should play multiple sports, not specializing prior to High School and have family-time to avoid burnout and overuse injuries.

Maximizing player development and building a consistent experience across the program is the goal. RAGE will offer coaches training and players will have the opportunity to attend camps and lessons to maximize their progress. Players want to get better, have fun and compete for victories. Those are our priorities.

Part of the RAGE experience is also becoming involved in the RYBSA community by volunteering a few hours during our RYBSA and RAGE events.  Volunteering is a crucial part of our volunteer led organization and RAGE tournaments cannot survive without our volunteers!
