Joletta Kerpan - President
3rd Year on RYBSA Board
5th year as Rage Fastpitch Mom
Mom of U16 Rage Fastpitch Player
Wife of U16 Rage Fastpitch Coach
Coached 3 Years in Germantown T-ball and RYBSA Rec League
I joined RYBSA board because there was no Rage Fastpitch representation on the Board at the time, and I felt like I could help in my own little way. I have enjoyed learning the ins and outs of this organization since we started as a Rec family and then made our way to U10 Rage Fastpitch. Being a part of this Board has given me a HUGE appreciation for all involved. The time the Board, Coordinators and of course our amazing coaches put in ensures year in and year out RYBSA rolls out quality programs for our youth.
My interests include reading, gardening, hiking, biking, camping, volunteering, event planning, volunteering some more and watching Softball and Baseball. I also enjoy being Game Changer mom at the U16 Fastpitch games!
Harry Susman - Vice President
2nd Year on RYBSA Board
8th Year Coaching
Married 19 years
Two Sons in Rage - Connor u12 and Quentin u9
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.
Played high school baseball for Hempfield Spartans and College baseball for WCCC wolf pack.
My philosophy on teaching is to see challenges as a chance to grow on the field and off the field. Our youth will face adversity in all aspects of life - how we equip them to handle these situations both physically and mentally will help shape our community.
I look forward to the 2023 season and getting to know all of our Rage and RYBSA families!
Director of RAGE & Coaches
Director of RYBSA
Brandon Duke - Director of RYBSA
3rd Year on RYBSA Board
Three kids that play on RYBSA baseball and fastpitch softball teams.
My wife and our family moved to the area 3 years ago and found RYBSA through friends.
We love the community and coaches and are thankful someone recommended it to us. The Rec program of RYBSA has been a wonderful introduction to the game of baseball/softball for my kids and they have made great friends and grown their love of the game.
Chris Ross - Secretary
2nd year as RAGE Fastpitch U12 Red Coach
1st Year on the RYBSA Board
We don't have his official bio yet, but he does want to be referred to as "Mydam Secretary". Chris has brought humor to the role of taking minutes and listening to us drone on and on.
Director of Fields, Grounds, Equipment & THOR
Mike Klumb - Director of Fields, Grounds, Equipment & THOR
6th Year on RYBSA Board
I started with RYBSA just as a dad that coached baseball for my son at U8; we are now on the U14 RAGE team and I've been a part of the board ever since we came to Richfield.
Every member I've gotten the chance to work with new and old has been amazing, helpful, supportive and had the organization and kid's best interests in mind. I didn't seek out to be on the board, it kind of just happened and I'm grateful it did. Six years later I'm still learning and enjoy taking our organization to new heights each and every year.
Sports have always been part of my life and these days, my life does revolve around sports. In any spare time I do have outside of coaching, the Packers, Brewers and Bucks get my attention along with spending time with friends and family along with the occasional dirt bike trip up north. I'm honored to be involved in such a great program and surrounded by such dedicated and caring people and look forward to helping every way I can to progress the future of RYBSA.
RYBSA Coordinators are held to the same standards as the Board of Directors. They work in collaboration with members on various projects.
Scheduling, Village & Community Liaison Coordinator
Andy Kaul - Scheduling, Village & Community Liaison Coordinator
9 Years with RYBSA includes assistant coach, head coach, marketing/social media coordinator, and president.
2nd Year Head Coach boys U13 team
My love for RYBSA is simple, it offers baseball and softball (fastpitch) for both select level and recreation level athletes. My kids have both seen positives of this offering, as my daughter only wanted to play in the recreation style, while my son prefers to travel and play in tournaments.
In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors (hunting, fishing, and camping). If you do not find me outside, look in the kitchen as I am more than likely trying a new recipe or simply cooking.
Lauren Boldt - Concessions Coordinator
2nd Year on RYBSA Board
Eldest daughter played RYBSA Rec League last two seasons
5-year-old twin daughters playing RYBSA coach pitch this season
The previous Concession Coordinators felt I would be a good fit for this position after working with them during the 2021 RYBSA Family Fun Day Event. At the first board meeting, I had no clue what was going on. For a moment, I wondered what I had agreed to. I had no idea what RAGE or RAGE Fastpitch even was! Luckily, it didn’t take long to learn the ropes & once I had a tournament under my belt, the rest was history. I absolutely fell in love with this organization & ALL that were a part of it. I have really enjoyed elevating concessions, which wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing sponsors. My goal is to have one of the BEST concessions stands around! I cannot thank the other board members for all the time & effort they’ve put in to make sure this organization remains a success.
I work full-time as a Rehab Director & have 3 girls under the age of 11. Life can get crazy at times, but I strive to live life to the fullest. I love being outside as much as possible during the warmer months & spending QT with family & friends.
Skills Development Coordinator
Uniforms & Spirit Wear Coordinator
Nicki Miller - Uniform & Spirit Wear Coordinator
2nd year with the Board & Coordinator Group
Husband Jeremy Miller has been the head coach for U12 the past 2 years.
Two boys on U12 and U9 Rage teams.
I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, traveling, (anywhere warm) and shopping! Some may say I have a slight obsession with shopping and found it only fitting to be on the board and take on the position as the new uniform & spirit wear coordinator, with my bestie Amber.
Amber Giordano - Part of our dynamic duo of Uniform & Spirit Wear Coordinators
2nd year with the RYSBA Board and Coordinator Group
Married for 16 years
Have three boys who are 11,9 and 6
My oldest is in his 3rd season with Rage and is currently on Rage U12
The other two are on RYSBA Machine Pitch and Rookies Rec teams!
I enjoy watching my boys play all different sports year round and also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We love to travel, do fun things and make lots of memories together! We spend lots of time in the summer at the pool and our family lake house boating and swimming when we aren’t at the baseball field! My kids have all played for Richfield Rec teams from age 4 and up!
Shopping is one of my favorite hobbies, so this position was a perfect fit for Nicki and I as we get to help pick out some of the Rage and RYSBA apparel and help assist with the uniforms ☺️ I am happy to be a part of the board for the second year and be a part of such a great organization!
Communications, Website & Social Media Coordinator
Jen Gettelman - Registration Coordinator
This is our family's first year with the RAGE. My oldest son is playing on the U8 team and we are thrilled to be part of this organization. I have enjoyed learning the game of baseball by watching my 3 kids play and having the opportunity to be an assistant coach with some amazing head coaches. I enjoy playing sports with my kiddos, watching them play a variety of sports including baseball, cross country, basketball, dance, and gymnastics. I also like to read, take pictures, camp, travel, and spend time with family and friends. I am looking forward to the upcoming baseball season!
RAGE Baseball Coordinator
Danielle Eichenberger - RAGE Baseball Coordinator
Our family switched over to Rage 3 years ago. I have sons on U12 and U9. My husband is the head coach of the new U9 team and an assistant for U12. I am a former basketball and volleyball player. I am 16 years into my full-time military career at the 128th Air Refueling Wing in Milwaukee. Hobbies are hard to come by when you have children in sports 24/7 365, but I am a passionate Wisconsin sports fan, and I enjoy weight-lifting.
I am excited to be taking on the role of baseball coordinator. My goal is to be a support system for the staff and coaches as we develop players and pursue further growth in our program.
Lindsay Lauters - Awards Coordinator
2nd Year in the Board & Coordinator group
Son on Rage U10
I enjoy spending my spare time with my family- we love to be outside, playing sports, hiking, doing yard work. We spend a lot of time with my 7 nieces and nephews, at grandma's pool in the summer and going on little adventures throughout the year. I also like to ride my Peloton. Lastly, I run a dance program in the area so that takes up a lot of my spare time. However, I am lucky to have great coaches and a co-coordinator which allows me more time to be with my family!
