Members of RYBSA's Board of Directors are committed to observing and promoting the highest standards of ethical conduct in the performance of their responsibilities.   Board members pledge to accept this code as a minimum guideline, as well as maintain accountability, professional excellence, provide and maintain equal opportunity and work with strong collaboration within the organization and community.

The Board of Directors and Coordinators meet once a month at area business or THOR throughout the year. However, during the summer months the board may not have full board meetings. Instead they meet to discuss the topics needed for the summer months (May, June, and July).
